There are two foyers in the conference centre, one at ground level, and a smaller area on the second floor that provides an interesting and relaxing venue for receptions. Both foyers can display facilities for exhibitions.

The two break out rooms complete the conference facilities. Each room comes with
options of a data projectors. The rooms can be set up in various layouts to meet
the requirements of users. The main room can seat between 5 and 30 delegates,
when set up boardroom style.
